Dear Mr. Scripcariu,

My name is David Achim, and I am a student at ASIB (Scoala Americana). Two years ago when I was in 3rd Grade, you came to our school to do clay sculptures with us. It was a lot of fun.
Three weeks ago my mother took me to your exhibition at the ‘Modern Art Museum’,  because I am doing a project at school about deforestation, and also Miss Ioana told us about it. I was very sad about the trees at Hornbache in Berceni and all of the other trees that are being cut down in Romania and in the world. So me and my friends Charles and Anthony decided to have a Bake Sale at school for ‘reforestation’. We raised 1000 Ron and we bought 16 trees and bushes, which we planted in the school grounds yesterday. That is 4 of your cherry trees replaced. Maybe we will also plant more in the future too. At home we have over 50 trees and bushes that we have planted in our garden. I love trees, especially to climb them.

Thank you for your wonderful exhibition.

David Achim
